Our specialty is kebab, or 串 in Chinese. Its a food that originated in the Xinjiang Province of China and later spread throughout the country, most notably in Beijing, Tianjin, and Jilin where it is a popular street food. Most traditionally 串 is made from lamb, which is still the most common. But now, chicken, pork, beef, and various types of seafood can also be used.
Fengmao includes some veggies in the kebab menu, and serves up to 36 different types of kebabs on the menu along with some notably authentic Chinese dishes and couple of Korean dishes.
